By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from withYOUnity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
withYOUnity is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, withYOUnity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
